Zirkzee spent the latter half of last season on loan at Parma, having joined the club despite interest from Everton, but made just 13 appearances for the club in an unimpressive spell.

He is back at Bayern Munich this summer, but he is not part of new coach Julian Nagelsmann’s plans going forward in Bavaria.

Bayern Munich are said to have lost faith in the Dutch forward and are prepared to sell him in the ongoing transfer window.

And according to German daily Bild, the striker is actively seeking a new club and a fresh start this summer.

His representatives are looking for a new destination for their client and England could be an option.

Everton wanted him in the winter transfer window and are claimed to have rekindled their interest in Zirkzee in the ongoing transfer window as well.

The forward also has admirers in Germany as well and he is hopeful that offers will soon land on his table.

Bayern Munich picked him up from Feyenoord’s academy in 2017 and he has made 17 senior appearances for the club, scoring four goals.
