Manchester United have had an agreement in place with Juventus for a deal worth an initial fee of €15m and another €8m in add-ons.

The Red Devils managed to convince him to return to Old Trafford amidst speculation of him joining Manchester City last week.

Personal terms have already been agreed and Ronaldo underwent a medical in Lisbon over the weekend.

It has been claimed that the 36-year-old has passed his medical and is now on the verge of securing his return to Old Trafford.

Manchester United are finalising the paperwork with Juventus and he will soon sign a contract with the club.

Once the deal is all clear, he will sign a two-year with an option of another year with the Premier League giants.

Ronaldo is likely to make his debut against Newcastle United on 11th September at Old Trafford.

He scored 101 times in 134 appearances for Juventus before deciding to leave the club this summer.
