Ramsey has emerged as a shock transfer target for Rangers on deadline day after being linked with a move to the Premier League all winter.

 

Burnley are still interested in getting their hands on the Welshman but it appears Rangers are now the favourites to sign the former Arsenal star.

 

 

Rangers have been in negotiations with Juventus over a deal and are hoping to finalise an agreement today.

 

According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Rangers are pushing to sign the midfielder on loan for the rest of the season with an option to buy.

 

 

Giovanni van Bronckhorst has been pushing for more signings on deadline day and Rangers are trying to deliver a marquee name in Ramsey.

 

The deal is still hinging on the Welshman providing his nod of approval to a move to Scotland today.

 

 

Rangers have until midnight to construct a deal and convince the Welshman to move to Ibrox on loan for the rest of the season.

 

Juventus are pushing hard to ship out of one of their highest-paid players who has not featured in a game since September.
