Otasowie joined the Belgian champions in the summer but has not yet made his senior debut for the club.

The former Wolves midfielder made six appearances in the Premier League last season but has not played a single minute of football this term.

Manager Darren Moore insisted earlier in the month that the Owls were finished with their transfer business this window.

And yet they are interested in taking on Otasowie for the rest of the season on loan from the Belgian champions.

They are not alone though as Championship club Barnsley and Greek side AEK Athens also have the same intentions.

The Owls have made three signings this window, but none of them have been in the midfield department and Moore could desire more options in that area.

It remains to be seen if the Owls act on their interest and if they are able to fend off their rivals to the signing of Otasowie.
