Rudiger will be out of contract with Chelsea in the summer and he is waiting for the club to have new owners before taking a call on his future.

The German wants to see whether the new owners would be prepared to offer him a new lucrative contract after negotiations with the previous regime stalled.

Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are interested in him and Juventus have also been pushing for an agreement with the defender.

But according to Italian daily Calciomercato.com, Juventus have now paused trying to sign Rudiger and are reflecting on whether to go ahead with a swoop.

The German is demanding a contract worth €10m per season before agreeing to sign for any club.

Juventus are reflecting on whether to fork out such a sum every year in order to sign the defender.

Rudiger is also considering his options and is keen to see whether he has a future at Chelsea before deciding his future.
