Kent has been a long-term target for Leeds, with Rangers rejecting an offer made by the Whites going all the way back to the summer of 2020.

The winger’s contract with the Gers ends after next season and the summer could be an opportunity for any interested club to sign him on a cut-price deal.

Kent continues to be a regular starter for the Gers this season, making nearly 40 appearances for the Ibrox outfit.

He has continued to be linked with a possible move to Leeds, but there are so far no signs that the Whites are poised to go back in for him.

It is claimed that Kent has a release clause of £20m, but the Whites will not be rushing to buy the player as it stands.

Leeds could see Raphinha depart in the summer, as he is heavily linked with Spanish giants Barcelona, which could see them being short on the wings.

Kent, who has 17 assists in all competitions this season, has just helped Rangers to reach the last four of the Europa League.
