The Bavarians signed the midfielder from Leipzig last summer and he was one of the specific requests of new Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann.

But the Bayern Munich boss has only sporadically used him and Sabitzer has made just seven starts in the Bundesliga this season.

The midfielder has struggled to settle into the Bayern Munich squad and Arsenal and Atletico Madrid are interested in getting their hands on him in the next summer transfer window.

And according to German magazine Sport Bild, Bayern Munich are considering letting the player go in the coming months.

Bayern Munich are open to letting him go if they receive suitable offers for him in the summer.

Arsenal were keen on him last year as well and are prepared to try their luck again in the next transfer window.

Sabitzer himself is dissatisfied at Bayern Munich after deciding to follow Nagelsmann to Bavaria last summer.

He is likely to be keen on leaving if he receives a satisfactory offer from a club where he will get more chances to play.
