The French centre-back has more than three years left to run on his Barcelona contract but he has been a fringe player in their squad this season.

He is one of the players Barcelona are looking to sell in the summer as they look to get rid of a number of their underperforming stars and stabilise the wage bill.

Lenglet is aware that Barcelona want him to move on and his agent has been in talks with several clubs in Europe, including Eddie Howe’s Newcastle.

But according to Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo, none of the offers on his table are yet to convince the defender ahead of the summer.

Lenglet wants to continue to play at a certain level but so far, the offers on his table have not excited him.

He wants to wait until the end of the season before taking any decision on his future at the Nou Camp.

The Frenchman wants to hold talks with Barcelona in the summer before deciding on whether to leave or which club to join.
