The Frenchman’s representatives are scheduled to hold talks with Juventus today as the midfielder decides on what to do over the summer.

His Manchester United contract is set to expire at the end of next month and there is little expectation of him staying at Old Trafford.

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid have also been in contact with his representatives over signing him on a free transfer, but Pogba has not completely closed the door on staying at Manchester United.

It has been claimed that the Frenchman is keen on speaking with Ten Hag before taking a final decision.

The Dutchman starts life as Manchester United manager today but is not expected to arrive in England until next week.

Pogba would welcome an opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with the new boss and see whether he could still have a future at Old Trafford.

Manchester United have more or less given up on the idea of convincing the midfielder to sign a new contract.

They have not offered him fresh terms since making an initial new contract proposal last summer.
