The 24-year-old midfielder has had a solid season at PSV and it has led to speculation over his future at the Dutch club.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for him, but more Premier League clubs are showing concrete interest in signing him as well.

According to local Dutch daily the Eindhovens Dagblad, Leicester and Newcastle are positioning themselves as Sangare’s suitors this summer.

The two Premier League clubs have extensively scouted the midfielder with a view to potentially taking him to England in the rapidly approaching window.

For the moment, PSV do not want to sell the player and have sent indications to Sangare that they want him to stay.

But they are yet to offer him a new deal and his current contract has a €40m release clause in it.

PSV are also mindful of the potential departure of Cody Gakpo and do not want to lose two big players in one summer.

However, the Dutch giants are ready to watch a bidding war ensue if more clubs join the race to sign Sangare in the coming weeks and months.
