Traore joined Barcelona on loan from Wolves in January and the Catalan giants have an option to make the move permanent in the summer.

But there is an increasing likelihood that Barcelona will not be signing up the winger on a permanent deal in the upcoming transfer window.

The Spanish giants have other priorities in the market and Traore could be back at Wolves during pre-season.

And it has been claimed that Spurs are considering making a third approach to sign the winger in the upcoming window.

The north London club failed to agree on a deal with Wolves last summer when the player was keen on a move.

And Traore then decided to move to Barcelona over the prospect of playing under Antonio Conte at Tottenham in the January transfer window.

He will have a year left on his contract at Wolves this summer if he returns to Molineux in the coming months.

Wolves may be keen to sell him given his contract situation and Spurs are again in contention to sign him.
