Mane has a year left on his Liverpool contract and wants to leave the Reds amidst serious interest from the German champions.


However, negotiations between the two clubs have not been smooth and Liverpool have already rejected two offers from the Bavarians.



Bayern Munich’s latest offer would have reached £30m if they won the Champions League and Mane bagged the Ballon d’Or in the next three years.


Liverpool want a guaranteed fee of £40m and according to German broadcaster Sky Deutschland, for the moment Bayern Munich have asked Mane to show patience.



The German champions are in close contact with Liverpool as they look to work out an agreement for the forward’s transfer.


Bayern Munich are expecting several rounds of talks with Liverpool and they have always been anticipating tough negotiations.



Mane has been asked to remain calm as the Bavarians look to reach a breakthrough in talks with Liverpool.


The Reds are prepared to sell him but want Bayern Munich to meet their asking price this summer.
