The 23-year-old midfielder’s future has come under the scanner following a solid season at Portuguese giants Sporting Lisbon.

Nunes even broke into the Portugal squad last year and has earned eight international caps thus far.

It has been suggested that several Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on the player in the midst of the summer transfer window.

And according to French outlet Foot Mercato, Everton, Newcastle and Wolves have tabled approaches to sign the midfielder from Sporting Lisbon.

The three Premier League clubs have made a serious play to get their hands on the Portugal star this summer.

It has been claimed that Sporting Lisbon have already rejected an offer of around €45m for Nunes this summer.

The Portuguese giants are in no mood to accept any figure less than the €60m sum mentioned in his buyout clause.

Nunes is believed to be open to a move to the Premier League but currently, there is no agreement for his transfer.
