Antonio Conte has already signed two players for Spurs in Fraser Forster and Ivan Perisic and is set to add a third in Yves Bissouma this week.

The Spurs boss wants to bring in six players this summer and is keen to bring in another striker to his squad despite the presence of Harry Kane.

It has been claimed that the Tottenham boss wants to raid his former club Inter and snare Martinez away from the San Siro in the ongoing transfer window.

And according to Italian broadcaster Sportitalia, the north London club are considering tabling an offer for the striker this summer.

It has been suggested that a bid worth up to €90m could go in to test Inter’s resolve to keep Martinez.

The Argentinian wants to stay at Inter and is not interested in a move away from the club at the moment.

But Inter are in talks to sign Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku on loan in the ongoing transfer window.

Tottenham are keen to see how Inter and Martinez react if they put in a big-money bid for him this summer.
