Spurs bolstered their midfield options last week by roping in Yves Bissouma from Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion.

It has been claimed that Tottenham could opt to listen to offers for Hojbjerg having added the Mali international to their ranks.

The Dane was a fixture for Tottenham throughout last term but there have been claims that his future is under the scanner.

However, Tottenham have no intention of letting Hojbjerg leave the club in the ongoing window.

Spurs are looking to offload a number of fringe players this summer to add to their transfer funds, but Hojbjerg is not one of them.

The north London giants see the 26-year-old as a key player in their squad as he is one of the leaders in their dressing room.

Hojbjerg joined Spurs in the summer of 2020 and as it stands, he is set to play a third season in the Lilywhite colours.
