Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is eyeing a squad overhaul this summer and he wants to sign two new centre-backs.

Conte is keen on bringing in a left-sided central defender in the ongoing window and Tottenham have several targets on their wish list; they have been linked with interest in Eintracht Frankfurt star Ndicka.

Spurs are claimed to be leading the chase for Bundesliga performer Ndicka, who has entered the final year of his contract at the club.

However, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Tottenham are likely to face more competition for the Frenchman’s signature as Italian giants Roma have identified him as a potential target.

Giallorossi coach Jose Mourinho also wants a left-footed centre-back and Feyenoord star Marcos Senesi was their top target.

However, the Dutch giants are demanding €20m for the Argentine, which Roma see as being too high and they have turned their attention to an alternative option in Ndicka.

In addition to Tottenham and Roma, Ligue 1 giants Marseille are also keen on a swoop for the Eintracht Frankfurt star.

Ndicka won the Europa League with the Bundesliga side last season.
