Tigers boss Shota Arveladze is keen to bolster his squad ahead of another season in the Championship and they have already made some new signings.
Hull have already roped in midfielder Ozan Tufan and defender Tobias Figueiredo and it has been suggested that they also want to add more options at left-back.
It has been claimed that the Yorkshire outfit have zeroed in on Besiktas left-back Yilmaz in the ongoing window.
The 21-year-old is highly rated in Turkey but claims linking him with interest from Hull are wide of the mark.
Although Arveladze is pushing to make further signings this summer, Yilmaz is currently not a player he wants to add to his side.
But Hull are likely to secure the signature of another Turkey international in the shape of Dogukan Sinik.
The winger currently plays for Antalyaspor and is tipped to move to the MKM Stadium this summer, while his international team-mate Yilmaz is unlikely to follow suit.
