The 21-year-old Belgian is wanted at several clubs across Europe this summer following a season where he scored 18 times across all competitions for Club Brugge.
De Ketelaere has been on the radar of Leeds this summer and the club are claimed to be keen to sign him despite interest in Feyenoord’s Luis Sinisterra.
He has been heavily scouted and Leeds have their eyes on taking him to Elland Road, but it has been suggested that they have suffered a blow in their pursuit of the player.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, De Ketelaere has knocked back an offer to move to Leeds in the ongoing transfer window.
The Whites made a move for him but the Belgian is claimed to be not interested in a move to Elland Road this summer.
Leicester City are also interested in him but it is unclear whether they have tabled an offer for the Belgian.
AC Milan are also serious about him and there are claims that he would prefer to join the Serie A champions.
