Lingard has been available on a free transfer since he left Manchester United at the end of last season but his future has remained unresolved.

West Ham have been pushing to sign him but the Hammers want the player to revise his high wage demands and have refused to increase their offer.

Everton are also interested in signing him but it has been suggested that he is seriously giving thought to moving to Saudi Arabia.

It has been claimed that he has an offer of a contract worth £10m per year from a club in Saudi Arabia and he is considering the move.

The 29-year-old also has interest from the United States, but he will not be joining a club in the MLS this summer.

Lingard would prefer to stay in the Premier League and has three offers on his table from the English top flight.

The player is set to make a decision in the next week and wants to be at his next club by next Friday.

Lingard made 232 appearances at Manchester United and three of his 35 goals came in cup finals.
