Praet has been one of the Serie A side’s top targets this summer and they are now set to step up efforts in terms of their player recruitment having sorted out the exit of Gleison Bremer.

Torino coach Davide Vagnati has turned his attention towards getting a deal done for Praet, who spent last season on loan at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino.

The Foxes are open to letting the Belgian leave the King Power Stadium for the right price, and the Italians are pushing to reach an agreement with them over his signature.

Praet could re-join the Turin outfit on loan this summer with an obligation to make his move permanent.

However, according to Italian outlet Calciomercato.com, Torino are some ways away from agreeing to Leicester’s valuation of Praet.

But Torino supremo Urbano Cairo has more funds to spend on transfers following the sale of Bremer to Juventus, which could aid in their pursuit of Praet’s signature.

As it stands, the 28-year-old is unlikely to have a future at Leicester and it remains to be seen whether Torino manage to take him back to Italy.
