The Bees have had a positive start to their second season in the Premier League, but boss Thomas Frank is still keen on adding fresh talent to his squad.

Brentford have already added two new wingers to their ranks, but are keen on further bolstering their attack and have zeroed in on Freiburg starlet Schade.

The west London club acted upon their interest and submitted an offer worth around €20m including bonus payments for him earlier in the window.

But the Bundesliga outfit rejected Brentford’s opening offer for Schade, who has represented Germany at Under-21s level.

However, Frank’s side are not prepared to give up on their interest in the 20-year-old.

According to Sky Deutschland, Brentford are considering going back to the negotiating table and submitting an improved bid for Schade.

Brentford’s new offer for the winger is tipped to be more than €20m, with bonuses included.

Schade is open to leaving the Stadion SC Freiburg in the ongoing window and it remains to be seen whether Brentford will end up being his new home.
