Christian Eriksen’s ankle injury has forced Manchester United into the market for a midfielder on deadline day.

The Premier League giants have been in contact with several clubs across Europe to find a solution and appear to have zeroed in on Sabitzer.

Manchester United are currently engaged in talks with Bayern Munich to agree on a loan deal for the player.

And it has been claimed that the Austrian already has had a conversation with Ten Hag over a move.

The Manchester United manager likes the midfielder and has approved the club’s attempt to sign him.

The Red Devils are now pushing to work out an agreement with the German champions to sign Sabitzer on loan.

The transfer window closes in Germany in just over an hour’s time but that is not expected to be a problem.

Manchester United have until an hour to midnight to sign the Bayern Munich midfielder on loan and he is claimed to be flying into England soon.
