The 26-year-old Japanese midfielder is in the final six months of his contract at Eintracht Frankfurt and is almost certain to leave on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Kamada has scored 13 times in all competitions and the news of his exploits has reached British shores.

The midfielder has offers to move to the Premier League in the summer and Liverpool and Tottenham are amongst his suitors.

Dortmund are also pushing to sign him and there are claims that he has already agreed on a contract with the Bundesliga giants but according to German broadcaster Sport1, it is not the case yet.

Kamada’s representatives met Dortmund earlier this week and a positive round of talks took place.

Dortmund have offered him a five-year contract worth €5m per year and are pushing to sign him.

But for the moment, there is no agreement in place and the Premier League offers are still very much on his table.

Dortmund believe they are in the lead to sign Kamada, but nothing has been signed yet and the race to sign him is very much alive.
