Kyogo has been a standout performer for Celtic over the course of the season and played a big part in the Bhoys being set to complete a domestic treble.
His displays within Scottish football have not gone unnoticed and Fenerbahce have him firmly on their radar.
The Yellow Canaries have now taken a further step, according to Turkish daily Takvim, by contacting Kyogo’s agent.
They have made clear their interest in Kyogo and it is suggested they are prepared to send an offer to Celtic for his services.
Enner Valencia is out of contract at Fenerbahce in the summer and Kyogo is viewed as the perfect replacement.
Celtic are likely to be unwilling to let Kyogo go given his importance to Ange Postecoglou’s project at Celtic Park.
The Japanese attacker has already hit the back of the net 30 times in all competitions for Celtic so far this season.
All eyes will be on whether Fenerbahce do make a bid and what level the offer comes in at.
