The 23-year-old centre-forward is in impressive form and has scored 15 goals in 15 matches for Lillestrom in the Norwegian league this season.
Adams is now the centre of interest from several clubs this summer and Championship outfits Leicester City and Watford are keen on him.
However, it has been suggested that French outfit Montpellier are pushing for the striker and have already submitted a bid for him.
But Mesfin, who is currently handling the interim manager role, refused to comment on whether the Norwegian outfit have received any bids for Watford and Leicester target in the ongoing window.
However, Mesfin admitted that Adams is attracting great interest from clubs all over Europe.
“I cannot comment on anything regarding bids or interest”, Mesfin told Norwegian outlet Nettavisen.
“There is great interest in Akor, and I have said that all along.”
It is said that despite their keen interest in Adams, Watford and Leicester have yet to submit any bids for the player.
