The newly promoted Premier League side have been busy in this summer’s transfer window as they prepare to build a squad capable of competing in the top flight.

Manager Rob Edwards is looking to add more new faces to the squad ahead of the new season and he is keen to strengthen his team’s attacking ranks.

Potters star Brown is the forward Luton want to bring in and it has been claimed that the Hatters are close to working out a deal to sign him.

The versatile forward has been a cornerstone of Stoke’s team since joining in 2020 from Barnsley.

Last season, Brown featured in 38 games in the Championship for the Potters and he also netted a goal in Stoke’s first Championship game of this season, which they won 4-1 against Rotherham United.

It remains to be seen how quickly the Hatters can finalise a deal for the forward with the Championship side.

Luton will lock horns with Brighton in their opening Premier League game of the season on 12th August and they are looking to complete Brown’s transfer before then.
