Bristol City have managed to pick up 12 points from seven games and are currently fifth in the Championship table with a four-match unbeaten run in the league.

Nigel Pearson’s side are keen on pushing for promotion this season and they are set to take on promotion contenders Leicester City on Saturday.

Honor pointed out that Bristol City are an exciting team who are very good on the counter-attack and stressed that it would be foolish for Leicester to underestimate them.

The former Robins star stated that Pearson’s side are a team full of energy and believes that Bristol City’s midfield should contribute more goals to ease the pressure on the strikers.

“If they underestimate us on their ground on Saturday, they would be fools because we are really good at counter-attacking, we flood forward, and we are really exciting”, Honor said on BBC Radio Bristol.

“Sykes is playing really well on the right.

“Sam Bell is playing really well on the left.

“I just really think we are an exciting team with loads and loads of energy.

“We’ve got Knight bursting into the box.

“We may need a few more goals from our midfield just to take on the pressure off Nahki Wells and Tommy Conway, when he gets back.

“We are a really good side and I am enjoying the football I am watching and yes, they would be fools to underestimate us this coming Saturday.”

Leicester City have won their last two encounters against Bristol City and Pearson’s side will go to the King Power Stadium with the intention of extending their unbeaten run to five games.
