On Wednesday, Norwich suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Leicester City; the Canaries’ second defeat in their last three games.

Norwich are set to travel to Devon at the weekend to take on Plymouth Argyle at Home Park and Wagner’s men will be hoping to bounce back against Steven Schumacher’s side.

The Norwich boss believes his team need not to change the way they performed against Leicester going into the game against Plymouth, but admitted that they must make their efforts count on Saturday.

Wagner stated that he is aware of how difficult it is to face Argyle at Home Park but stressed that his team will invest everything to pick up three points from the game.

“For sure, we will go to Plymouth and try to correct that we get three points”, Wagner told Norwich City’s media.

“We do not have to correct the performance; the performance was good.

“We do not have to correct the effort, we only have to confirm it, which is difficult enough; it is in three days’ time.

“We now have to make sure that we recover properly.

“There are three points on the table on Saturday against Plymouth, the same three points that we had on the table today but did not grab it.

“On Saturday, we will invest everything to get the three points, which is a difficult place to go and we are aware of this.”

Norwich are determined to earn promotion to the Premier League this season and they are currently fifth in the Championship table.
