The Czech Republic midfielder joined the Hammers in 2020 and has been a regular fixture in the Irons’ engine room since.

Despite primarily being a defensive midfielder, the 28-year-old has been a goal threat due to his aerial ability and physical presence.

Soucek has made 35-goal contributions for the English club so far in 165 all-competition appearances.

He has already scored four goals and provided one assist this term in his ten appearances for the London Stadium outfit.

Now, according to Italian daily Corriere dello Sport (via Calciomercato.com) the Nerazzurri are keeping a close eye on the West Ham man.

Soucek has one year left on his current deal with West Ham and there is an option to extend it by another year.

Now it remains to be seen if last season’s Champions League finalists will send a meaningful bid to West Ham to sign the Czech international.
