Kilicsoy, 18, came through the youth ranks at Besiktas and he has so far made six appearances for the side in all competitions, scoring once this term.

The talented teen attacker has been on Aston Villa’s radar for some time and the Premier League side showed interest in him in the summer.

Besiktas’ negative response discouraged the Villans in the summer but the club do not want to abandon their interest in Kilicsoy.

The Villa Park side are prepared to knock at Besiktas’ door once again and according to Turkish magazine Fanatik, Aston Villa want to approach the Turkish club for Kilicsoy.

Unai Emery’s side are keen on investing heavily in young talents and strengthening their ranks accordingly.

Sporting director Monchi is actively working on the policy and he is driving the Villans’ pursuit of Kilicsoy.

Aston Villa might find it difficult to persuade Besiktas to let the talented forward leave Turkey in January.

But it remains to be seen how the English club will measure their step in the next transfer window.
