Everton are focused on keeping Jarrad Branthwaite and Amadou Onana at Goodison Park this month, according to the Athletic.

The Merseyside outfit have suffered three straight losses in the league, which has left them in 17th place in the league table, only one point clear of the relegation zone.

Branthwaite and Onana have been standout performers this season and clubs have been linked with the pair.

It is suggested that Onana is on the transfer wish list of Manchester United and Barcelona.

And 21-year-old centre-back Branthwaite has no shortage of suitors due to his performances in a blue shirt.

Everton boss Sean Dyche has indicated that the transfer window this month could be a quiet one for the club.

It has been claimed that Everton are focused on keeping Branthwaite and Onana at the club, as they do not want to lose any players in the ongoing window, and especially not the key pair.

Everton have suffered financial issues of late though, running up against the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules, and it remains to be seen if they could resist a big proposal.
