Sunderland, Cardiff City and Norwich City face a battle to take Kieffer Moore out of Bournemouth this month as the Cherries are reluctant to sanction a deal, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Striker Moore has emerged as an attractive target for a host of Championship clubs during this month’s transfer window.

Sunderland are looking for a striker and are keen on Moore, while Cardiff and Norwich also want to scoop up the hitman.

Moore is claimed to be open to the idea of moving to a Championship side, but doing a deal rests in the hands of Bournemouth.

And with Cherries boss Andoni Iraola having lost Dango Ouattara and Antonie Semenyo to the Africa Cup of Nations, letting Moore go is something he is not looking upon favourably.

Iraola is currently reluctant to sanction a departure for the striker this month.

Moore may have to work to force his way out of Dean Court if he wants to leave Bournemouth before the window shuts.

The 31-year-old striker has made just seven appearances in the Premier League for Bournemouth so far in the current campaign.
