Tottenham Hotspur are not open to loaning out Bryan Gil despite interest from Serie A outfit Fiorentina and Dutch giants Feyenoord in the ongoing transfer window.

The Spaniard has been a bit part player at Tottenham this season, making just two Premier League appearances from the start.

Spurs decided against loaning him out in the summer but the winger has struggled to carve out a niche for himself in north London.

Fiorentina are considering making a move for him and consider him as the ideal profile for their squad, while Dutch side Feyenoord have been in touch with Spurs.

But according to Italian broadcaster Sky Italia (via Tutto Mercato), Spurs are still to open up to the idea of loaning him out in January.

Gil is not playing regular football and Spurs would prefer to sell him to bring in funds into their coffers.

However, Fiorentina are only interested in signing the Spaniard if he is available on a loan deal.

The Italian club are prepared to wait and see whether Spurs warm up to the prospect of accepting a loan offer for Gil.
