Granada are set to hold talks with Manchester United to discuss a deal to sign winger Facundo Pellistri, it has been claimed in Spain.

The 22-year-old winger has been struggling to get minutes this season at Old Trafford and has made just 14 appearances across all competitions.

Pellistri discussed a loan move away from Manchester United in the summer but Erik ten Hag held on to him.

But with Manchester United out of Europe and the EFL Cup, the club are expected to be open to offers for the winger in the winter window.

And according to Spanish outlet Relevo, Granada are interested in signing the winger from Manchester United.

The Spanish club have been holding conversations behind the scenes about getting their hands on the Uruguayan.

It has been claimed that Granada are set to hold talks with the Red Devils over wanting to sign Pellistri.

He has 18 months left on a contract and it remains to be seen whether a loan or a permanent move is being discussed.

Pellistri previously had a loan spell at Alaves and is keen to play more football in the latter half of the season.
