Bournemouth star Kieffer Moore is being considered a priority target for Sunderland in the ongoing window, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

Sunderland failed to solve their forward situation last summer and they are determined to sort it out this month.

The Black Cats have been linked with several forward targets and Bournemouth star Moore is one of them.

Sunderland have put in a loan offer for Moore, but it is not yet to Bournemouth’s liking.

Michael Beale is an admirer of the centre forward’s talents and it has been claimed that Sunderland are considering Moore as their priority target

Ipswich Town have also seen a loan bid for the Wales international rebuffed by Bournemouth in the ongoing window.

Moore has featured only seven times for the Cherries this season and he has previous experience of playing in the Championship.

It remains to be seen how long Sunderland will continue to try to sign Moore before they switch their focus to other targets.
