West Ham have a deal in place with Manchester City for the signature of Kalvin Phillips on loan in the ongoing winter transfer window, according to the Daily Telegraph.

 

Several Premier League sides have been interested in snapping up the midfielder who is desperate to play more football in the latter half of the season.

 

Newcastle, Crystal Palace and Barcelona were pushing to sign Phillips but he is set to be on his way to West Ham.

 

 

 

The Hammers have been in advanced negotiations with Manchester City as they continued to push to secure a deal for the midfielder’s signature on loan

 

It has been claimed that West Ham have finally reached an agreement with Manchester City for his potential loan arrival.

 

 

With the two clubs in agreement, West Ham will now hope to convince Phillips to agree to a loan switch to the London Stadium.

 

Phillips is likely to demand guarantees over minutes before giving his final approval to a loan move away from the Etihad.

 

 

The Hammers have agreed to carry his full wages and Phillips will be flying into UK from Abu Dhabi with the rest of the Manchester City squad today.
