Fulham target Silas held a discussion with VfB Stuttgart and together they have decided to reject the idea of a move to Craven Cottage.

Marco Silva is determined to beef up his forward options and Fulham have been active on transfer deadline day to bring in a winger.

Stuttgart’ 25-year-old winger is on Fulham’s transfer wish list and they are keen on signing him.

Fulham have been in contact with Stuttgart and they are ready to sign the player on a loan deal.

And Silva’s side are ready to add an option to buy clause to the deal set at €15m, which could turn into an obligation at the end of the season.

However, the move will not happen as, according to Sky Deutschland, Silas has held talks with Stuttgart and both parties are on the same page.

Club and player have decided that parting ways now is not the best thing and the offer from Fulham will not be accepted.

The London outfit have already failed to land West Ham forward Said Benrahma with a late approach on the deadline day.
