Incoming Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner watched Tottenham Hotspur in action against Wolves on Saturday as he prepares for the Eagles job, according to the South London Press.

Glasner, a former coach of Eintracht Frankfurt, has agreed on a contract to take charge of Crystal Palace.

He has been staying at a hotel in Greenwich and is preparing for the job, with watching Premier League rivals on his list.

The Austrian was at Tottenham’s home loss against Wolves on Saturday as he checked out Crystal Palace’s Premier League opponents.

Palace are themselves due to head to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in early March, while Wolves away is the Eagles’ penultimate game of the season.

Glasner is expected to soon be confirmed as Crystal Palace’s new boss, but existing manager Roy Hodgson could be involved in Monday might’s game with Everton.

Hodgson fell ill during the week and has been recovering in hospital.

The experienced manager is claimed to be recovering well and is keen to be involved when the Eagles take on the Toffees.
