Several Bundesliga clubs are interested in Norwich City’s out-on-loan star at Fortuna Dusseldorf, Christos Tzolis.

The 22-year-old winger joined Norwich in August 2021 from Greek outfit PAOK Salonika, but struggled to make an impact for the Canaries.

Last summer, Norwich agreed to a loan deal with Fortuna Dusseldorf to send Tzolis to Germany on a season-long loan.

Tzolis has turned some heads with his performances for the German outfit, scoring eleven goals in 19 appearances.

According to German daily Bild, the Norwich man’s performances in the second tier of German football have put him on the radar of Bundesliga sides.

Fortuna Dusseldorf negotiated a €5m option to buy clause in the Greek international’s loan, but are not expected to be able to trigger it.

Tzolis has a contract with Norwich that is set to expire in June 2026 and he has featured 30 times for the Canaries so far, scoring three goals.

Now it remains to be seen whether Norwich will receive an offer from Tzolis’ suitors in the summer to let him leave.
