Borussia Dortmund are keeping tabs on Crystal Palace target Jean-Philippe Mateta ahead of the summer transfer window.

Mateta has looked rejuvenated under new Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner and scored 13 goals in his last 16 Premier League appearances.

His performances in the latter half of the season for the London club have turned heads across Europe and he is now on the shortlist of several teams.

Juventus have reportedly made an enquiry for the Frenchman and he is also attracting interest from Germany.

According to German daily Sport Bild (via Fussball Transfers), Mateta is on the watch list of Champions League finalists Dortmund.

With Sebastien Haller and Youssoufa Moukoko expected to leave the club this summer, BVB are in the market for a striker.

They are considering several options in the market and Mateta is one of the forwards they are looking at.

His goalscoring feats for Crystal Palace have piqued their interest and the club are considering making a move for him.

However, it will be complicated to get him out of Crystal Palace as the club are in no mood to lose their in-form striker this summer.
