Wolves will have to pay around £3m if they want to sign goalkeeper Jacob Widell Zetterstrom from Djurgarden, but also face competition for his signature.

Djurgarden are aware that goalkeeper Zetterstrom has become in demand this summer and have watched on as clubs have scouted him.

The Swedish side are aware they could be tested with offers for Zetterstrom in the approaching window and have now set a price for him.

The Swedish side want around £3m to let Zetterstrom go, according to Swedish outlet Fotboll Direkt, and it remains to be seen if Wolves are prepared to fork out that sum.

Even if they are willing to, they would face competition as it is claimed Zetterstrom also has other clubs on his tail.

Djurgarden are happy to let the goalkeeper go if their price is met and Wolves have had contact with Zetterstrom’s representatives.

Wolves have seen goalkeeper Jose Sa attract interest in recent transfer windows and it is unclear if the Molineux club view Zetterstrom as a replacement or simply another option between the sticks.

Dan Bentley and Tom King are also goalkeeping options on the books at Molineux.
