Serie A giants Roma are considering making a move for West Ham United target Serhou Guirassy in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Guirassy scored 28 goals in as many Bundesliga matches for VfB Stuttgart in the recently-concluded German domestic campaign.

His goalscoring feats have turned heads in Europe with several clubs interested in getting their hands on the forward this summer.

The Stuttgart star is one of the strikers West Ham are tracking in their pursuit of a centre-forward this summer.

Ex-Germany international Didi Hamann told us that Guirassy would have no problem scoring goals in the Premier League.

However, AC Milan have also been pushing to sign him and according to Italian daily Il Messaggero (via Tutto Mercato), there is more Serie A interest in Guirassy.

It has been claimed that Roma have placed him on their shortlist of targets ahead of the transfer window.

The Giallorossi are in the market for a striker and are keeping tabs on several attackers at the moment.

Guirassy is one of the strikers Roma are considering making a swoop for in the summer window.

A €17.5m release clause in his contract makes it a straightforward deal for any club once they have the striker’s approval for a move.
