Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur linked striker Santiago Gimenez has emerged as the top target for AC Milan in the summer transfer window.

The Mexican forward was in good form in the just-concluded season for Feyenoord, scoring 23 goals in 30 Eredivisie appearances.

His performances have turned heads in Europe and he is being seen as an option by several clubs across Europe.

Premier League sides Arsenal and Tottenham have both been linked with holding an interest in the Eredivisie hot-shot.

However, according to Italian daily Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the striker is now the top target for Serie A giants AC Milan this summer.

It has been claimed that the Rossoneri are now favouring a move for Gimenez in the upcoming transfer window.

AC Milan have looked at several strikers but the Feyenoord star is the man the club are targeting at the moment.

Feyenoord are hoping to get somewhere between €50m and €60m from his departure this summer.

It remains to be seen whether AC Milan have the means to meet those demands, especially given the financial power of their Premier League competitors.
