West Ham United are trailing behind Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur with regards to Federico Chiesa’s preference if he has to leave Juventus this summer.

Chiesa has a year left on his contract and Juventus are keen to sell him in the ongoing transfer window.

His agent, Fali Ramadani, arrived in London earlier this week to hold talks with Premier League clubs who have shown an interest in him.

Chelsea and Tottenham are believed to be considering signing Chiesa, while even West Ham have their eyes on the Italy winger.

However, according to Italian daily Gazzetta dello Sport (via Tutto Juve), Chelsea and Tottenham would get preference over West Ham if the winger leaves Juventus this summer.

The Hammers are not the preferred choice at the moment if Chiesa has to make a decision on a new club in the coming weeks.

The Italian is still hoping to convince new Juventus coach Thiago Motta that he can rely on him.

A meeting is scheduled to take place between Chiesa and Motta soon where the player is likely to understand the Juventus coach’s thoughts more clearly.

He is though in the final year of his contract and Juventus see him as a player who could bring in cash.
