Stuttgart have a deal in place with Burnley for the signature of centre-back Ameen Al-Dakhil in the final days of the transfer window.

The Belgian defender has been pushing to move on from Burnley since they got relegated from the Premier League last season.

The centre-back wants to play top-flight football and Stuttgart have been working on a deal to sign A-Dakhil ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.

The two clubs and his representatives have been pushing to finalise the terms and it has been claimed that a deal is in place.

According to Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri, an agreement over a fee has now been worked out between the two clubs.

Stuttgart have agreed to pay a total package of €9m to Burnley for the Belgium international centre-back.

Al-Dakhil is prepared to fly out to Germany to finalise the terms of his transfer to the German club.

Personal terms are already in place and he will sign a four-year deal with Stuttgart once the deal goes through.
