Manchester United are set to bag a considerable fee from the sale of Hannibal Mejbri to Burnley this week, according to the Daily Mail.

The Premier League giants have agreed to pay an initial fee of £42.23m for the signature of Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain.

The midfielder will undergo a medical today ahead of signing a long-term contract with the Red Devils.

However, Manchester United are set to bring in funds from sales of two midfielders ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline.

Scott McTominay will soon complete a £26m switch to Napoli from the Red Devils and it has been claimed Hannibal is also joining Burnley on a permanent deal.

The Championship side are set to pay a fee of £9.5m to the Premier League giants for the 21-year-old Tunisia international.

Hannibal checked in for a medical at Burnley on Monday and is about to complete the formalities of the transfer.

Once the deal goes through, Manchester United will be able to book the sale of the Tunisian as pure profit.
