Liverpool are ready to meet the terms Juventus are demanding to sell Federico Chiesa this summer, according to the Athletic.

Chiesa is now inside the final year of his contract at Juventus and the Bianconeri are ready to cash in on him.

Barcelona have been working to take Chiesa to Spain, but financial issues have slowed that deal and Liverpool have jumped in.

After speaking to Juventus to find out what would be needed to sign him, Liverpool are now prepared to push forward.

Juventus want €15m to let the winger go and that is a price Liverpool are ready to pay.

They are discussing the terms of a four-year contract with Chiesa.

He played on a regular basis for Juventus last term and ended the campaign with 37 outings and ten goals to his name.

Liverpool will now be looking to push through the deal and put Chiesa at the disposal of Arne Slot this season.
