Tottenham Hotspur are being negotiated with by a club interested in signing a Spurs star despite being ‘difficult’ to deal with.

Spurs are looking like they have concluded their incomings for the summer transfer window, with £65m for Dominic Solanke a big outlay, and now they are focusing on trimming the squad.

They have already seen the likes of Oliver Skipp, Manor Solomon and Emerson Royal leave the club but they plan to offload more players.

Argentina international Giovani Lo Celso is a player they are looking to find a solution for and he has serious interest on deadline day from Real Betis.

According to Spanish outlet Relevo, the La Liga side have not stopped negotiating with Spurs even though they are ‘a difficult club to deal with’.

Los Verdiblancos are on the verge of losing their skipper Nabil Fekir and Lo Celso is their ‘chosen one’ to replace Fekir.

The Argentinian has played for Real Betis before and they are working on bringing the player back to Spain.

It remains to be seen if Los Verdiblancos will be able to secure Lo Celso in the final hours of the transfer window.
