Newcastle United will allow Garang Kuol to leave on loan only if a club that the Magpies deem will be able to help the talent develop come up with an offer, according to the Athletic.

The 20-year-old highly rated Australian was signed by Newcastle in January 2023 amid big expectations.

Since his arrival, Kuol has gone out on two loan spells but has failed to impress Eddie Howe enough to get into his first team plans.

In the ongoing campaign, Kuol suffered an early-season muscle injury, which he has recovered from and he has been training with Howe’s first team.

He has yet to feature for Newcastle’s first team this season and it is suggested that he might leave on another loan in the ongoing window.

However, Newcastle will only allow him to leave if they feel a club with the right plan to help him develop can offer him to take on loan.

In the event of failing to find a suitable club, the Australian winger is expected to spend the rest of the season with Newcastle United’s Under-21s side.

Kuol has started in Newcastle United Under-21s’ last two games in the Premier League 2 and it remains to be seen whether he has a loan move on the cards in the ongoing window.
