Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale is confident of his team’s performance ahead of the much anticipated Clasico against Barcelona on Sunday.
The Santiago Bernabeu outfit, aiming for a treble this season, are being considered strong contenders for the Champions League this season as they made it to the quarter-finals of the tournament with an aggregate win of 9-2 against Schalke.

They will play Barcelona in the final of the Spanish Cup on 16th April and are currently leading the league table.
A win at home this weekend will move the Whites seven points clear of third-placed Barcelona and four points clear of Atletico Madrid and the Welsh international has stressed the importance of this game to their title hopes.

"We are playing well, with a lot of confidence, and are on a good run. We're coming to a decisive part of the season and we have to keep it going”, the 24-year-old was quoted as saying by the BBC.
"Barcelona is a direct rival and we will try to play a good match and get the three points.
"They have very good players but we are focused on our game and on our team because we also have very good players", Bale added.
Barcelona defeated Real Madrid 2-1 in their last La Liga clash in October at the Camp Nou, but the Catalans have had a recent slump in form having lost three out of their last seven league games.
